Returning Products to Babasafe


NB* You must contact customer service by phone or email to ensure your item is eligible for a return and/or to troubleshoot any issues that may be solvable over the phone. Once we have established that the item can be returned we will email you a return form to be filled and included with your item as well as return shipping information.

I've changed my mind.

If you've changed your mind on your purchase all you need to do is return the item to us within 18 days of ordering. Our only requirement is that the item is in a saleable condition – unopened with packaging intact. We will arrange the returned item to be picked up or dropped off at our nominated local courier location. We have a strict policy that you should have notified us of your wish to return the item within 14 days of ordering and the return picked up or dropped off within 18 days of ordering. Once we get your item back we will process your refund within 7 working days, but keep in mind it takes 5-7 business days to appear back on your statement. Please be aware that if seals/boxes on some items i.e. gates have been opened we are unable to offer a return. Please make sure you carefully measure your space before purchasing gates, if your not sure get in touch with us and we will help you determine suitability.

 

For baby gates & fire guards :

  • If the gate has already been built we cannot accept a return on this item.
  • The packaging must be intact and in its original packaging and totally unopened.
  • The cost or return shipping of fireguards and baby gates is £25, this is a courier collection service
  • For some larger items which arrive in 2 separate shipments, 2 separate return shipments may be required and therefore the above charges may apply twice for your returned shipment.
  • There is a restocking fee of £5 on 5-panel gates.
 
Fetal Dopplers :
  • If the seal/packaging is opened on this item we are unable to offer a return in the interests of hygiene and due to the nature of the product.

 

I received the wrong item

In the unlikely event that you have received the wrong item, we will arrange a swap for you as quickly as possible. All we ask is that you let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. Get in touch so we can verify the mispack in our system and we will arrange a pick-up of the mispacked item and delivery of the correct item at the same time.

 

My product is faulty

It happens even the best brands from time to time! If you find a fault with your product within the warranty period we will sort it out for you as quickly as possible. First, get in touch so we can figure out exactly what happened, we may troubleshoot with you and arrange parts replacement. If that doesn't work get the item back to us and we will work with either a repair or replacement for you. We will refund your shipping costs right way and of course, return the replacement free of charge.

 

Items damaged in transit

If a package arrives with the packaging damaged it may have been damaged in transit. If this happens, get in touch right away - don't worry your order was fully insured and we will get you a replacement right away in most cases.

 

Returns on Fetal Dopplers:

Please note that if the seal is broken on fetal dopplers, due to the nature of the product we are unable to arrange a return on this item for hygiene reasons.
