When you access and or place orders on this website you are adhering to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change and update these Terms and conditions at any given time,this page should be checked regularly by you, the consumer to monitor any changes to these terms.This website contains links to other websites which are not operated by us "Babasafe" and we do not have control over these websites nor do we accept responsibility for any damage that could surface from the usage of them. Placing Orders
Every order is subject to availability and to our acceptance and we reserve the right to refuse any order. Email order acknowledgement will be sent upon receipt of an order, this will be sent to the email address provided when ordering/registering, this is an automated email and does not mean acceptance of an order. A second email will be sent once the order has been dispatched. Whilst all efforts are made to ensure the accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Babasafe.co.uk cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake, you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to treat not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of the goods.
Credit Card Payments
When you have finished shopping you will proceed to the secure checkout area where you will be asked for the details required to process your order, after completion, you will then be issued with an order number and confirmation of your order by email.We utilise the most up to date shopping procedures, reinforced with a reliable and secure checkout processing system by PaymentSense. You can be 100% confident that we have invested in the most secure transaction methods available today. Your card will be charged at the time of order placement & goods will be dispatched upon clearance of payment on the same day whenever possible.
Promotional codes:
When promotional codes are made available by us they are subject to use one at a time. Unless otherwise stated promotional codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers such as sale items.
Delivery and Returns
The Babasafe.co.uk returns policy has been set up to keep costs down and to make the process as easy for you as possible. You must contact us and be in receipt of a returns authorisation (RA) number before sending any item back. Any product without an RA number will not be refunded.
Exchange
If when you receive your product(s), you are not completely satisfied you may return the items to us, within seven days of exchange or refund. Items must be in original packaging, with all original boxes, packaging materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and all accessories and documents provided by the manufacturer.Refunds can take up to 5 working days to appear on your statement.If our labels are removed from the product – the warranty becomes void.We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery. Babasafe.co.uk will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. All shipping back to Babasafe.co.uk is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund postal fees. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's expense. If you are returning items for exchange please be aware that a second charge may apply.
Incorrect/Damaged Goods
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered, please contact us. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Babasafe.co.uk immediately, this will be given priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 hours. Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card.
Delivery service
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either you home or to your place of work. Delivery is within the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland and can only be made to the shipping address on your order. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 4 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In the case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra time. We aim to deliver within 1 working day but please take note of the delivery times that are estimated on each product as these vary according to product availability. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay. Each item will be attempted to be delivered twice. Failed deliveries after this can be delivered at an extra cost to you or you can collect the package from your local post office collection point.
Export restrictions
At present Babasafe.co.uk only sends goods within Europe. We plan to add exports to our services in the future. If however, you have a special request please contact us your requirements.
What emails will I receive on ordering?
On ordering with us you will receive 3 automatic emails. First, you will get an order confirmation with your invoice, following that you will receive a shipping confirmation once your goods are dispatched. Finally, after a short period, you will receive a review email giving you a chance to review the products you have purchased and our service. No further emails will be received after that unless you have clicked subscribe to coupons at the checkout during your purchase. Please note outside the above process you may receive emails from our staff replying to your requests or giving any out of the ordinary updates about that specific order that our automatic system cannot handle efficiently.
Privacy Notice
